Derek Cahill – President / Founder
Mr. Cahill has 15+ years of operations, marketing and product development experience working for both Fortune 200 and high-growth/start-up healthcare and technology companies. Mr. Cahill previously worked for PacifiCare Health Systems, a Fortune 200 managed care organization, Health-Demographics a leading healthcare and actuarial consulting firm and co-founder of Medibuy.com, a $120M funded Kleiner-Perkins B2B medical supply company.  Starting in 2000, Mr. Cahill founded Alveris, a global marketing and IT consulting firm dedicated to helping IT, healthcare and high growth companies with product solutions, product operations and go-to-market strategies.

Chad Jorgensen
Mr. Jorgensen has 28+ years of healthcare marketing, financial and business development experience.  For over 20 years Mr. Jorgensen was managing director of NU-EAR Electronics, a leading hearing aid manufacturer, and directly responsible for managing over 260 retail hearing aid facilities and over 140 employees.  Mr. Jorgensen increased annual revenue at NU-EAR every year from 1993  through 2008.  Mr. Jorgensen has extensive experience with advertising, marketing, copy-writing and business development solutions that help companies increase revenue and improve their brand.

Anoop Elgonda
Mr. Elgonda has 20+ years of sales and marketing experience working for both Fortune 500 and start-up technology companies.  Previously, he was Director and VP of Sales in both technical sales and business development for leading IT providers, including Dell, Computer Associates and CaminoSoft.  Mr. Elgonda responsibilities included management of sales teams and product divisions which attained $300M+ in annual revenue.  As a senior sales executive Mr. Elgonda is able to provide key insights into the sales and business development strategies of large corporations.

Michelle Cahill
Ms. Cahill has over 10 years of experience in corporate finance and small business accounting. Ms. Cahill received her Master of Business Administration from the California State University at Fullerton and is a Registered Public Accountant in the state of Illinois. Ms. Cahill has extensive experience designing and implementing analytical tools used to enhance revenue and reduce expenses for small businesses to large public corporations. Prior experience includes management oversight, recommending specific accounting and financial controls and financial modeling for business plans and start-up organizations. Ms. Cahill is active in the San Clemente Junior Woman’s Club where she has served as past President (2007) and Treasurer (2002, 2003, 2009).

Patty Toombs
Ms. Toombs has 20+ years of experience and previously worked as Art Director for many leading organizations including NU-EAR electronics, Metabolife, Hart Publishers and San Diego Community Newspaper Group.  Ms. Toombs has extensive graphic design and marketing experience including brand design and management, media buying, direct mail campaigns, corporate communications and digital media development.
